# Welcome to DispoIQ

> Manage your deals, organize cash buyers, and follow up from one workspace.

DispoIQ helps real estate wholesalers move a deal from contract to a buyer. Use your workspace to organize deals and contacts, publish buyer-ready deal pages, and track buyer engagement.

## What you can do

* **Manage deals:** Keep property details, photos, offers, and activity together.
* **Organize buyers:** Maintain buyer contact details, buying preferences, and contact history.
* **Share a deal:** Publish a deal page under your brand and give each buyer their own link.
* **Find buyers:** Use investor search to identify buyers around a property.
* **Follow up:** Use campaigns and, on a messaging-enabled plan, a shared inbox for replies.

## Your workspace

Your workspace holds your company’s deals, contacts, and settings. Check that you are in the right workspace before adding data or sharing a deal. Features available to you depend on your plan and permissions.
