# Get help with DispoIQ

> Find a guide or contact support when you need help with DispoIQ.

Email [support@dispoiq.app](mailto:support@dispoiq.app) when you're stuck or need help with your workspace.

## Check the relevant guide

  <Card title="Create a deal page" icon="house" href="/deals/prepare-first-deal">Add property details, photos, and pricing, then review and publish.</Card>
  <Card title="Search the map" icon="map-location-dot" href="/investor-map/search">Check address selection, search results, and filters.</Card>
  <Card title="Review an import" icon="file-import" href="/contacts/import-results">Find the import's status, row outcomes, and rejected rows.</Card>
</CardGroup>

## Tell us what happened

Tell support:

* What you were trying to do and which screen you were using.
* The exact error message, if one appeared.
* When it happened, including your time zone.
* Whether it affects one record, one file, or several actions.
* The relevant deal, campaign, or import identifier and the steps you've already tried.

For an import, include the filename and the report's failure code if one is shown. Describe the column layout and the affected row; don't send your entire buyers list unless support asks for it.

A cropped screenshot or short screen recording can help explain what you see. Hide unrelated contact details and messages. Never include passwords, API keys, payment-card details, or private buyer invitation links.

## If an action isn't available

Ask your workspace owner to check your account permissions and workspace setup. Check the guide for anything you need to complete first. If you still can't access the feature, tell support which screen you're on and what you're trying to do.
