1. Scope and relationship to your agreement
This Acceptable Use Policy governs Customer’s use of the Service provided by DispoIQ LLC (DispoIQ, we, us, or our) when incorporated into the Agreement under the Terms of Service, version 1.0. This policy is incorporated when Customer expressly accepts that version of the Terms or signs an Order expressly incorporating it; posting this policy alone does not establish acceptance or replace an existing agreement. Agreement, Customer, you, your, Authorized User, Customer Content, Licensed Data, Order, Service, and Recipient Submissions have the meanings given in the Terms of Service §§1–2. Customer includes a business entity or an individual subscribing exclusively for business activities. The Service is limited to functionality actually made available under the Order and purchased access rights. Customer Content is distinct from Licensed Data supplied under third-party license or access permission. Saving a licensed record to your workspace or adding your own notes does not transfer ownership of the underlying Licensed Data. Recipient Submissions include buyer offers, contact details, and replies collected through your hosted pages or communications features; receipt does not transfer the submitter’s rights or make the submitter a party to the subscription Agreement. Customer subscriptions are for business use by real estate investors, wholesalers, and their teams throughout the United States. Subscriptions for businesses outside the United States are outside this scope. You must ensure that your Authorized Users comply with this policy. This policy sets conduct requirements; it does not expand purchased features or access rights. The Terms of Service govern payment, intellectual property ownership, liability, termination, disputes, and document priority under §1.3. This policy may impose more specific use restrictions under that priority rule; it does not create separate refund rules, damages, penalties, or data-deletion deadlines. A policy not incorporated under Terms §1.2 does not become part of the Agreement merely by being linked or drafted.2. Permitted business use and account responsibility
Use the Service only for lawful business activities within the functions and access rights made available to your workspace. Keep your business identity, account details, and registration information accurate. Authorize only people who need access, use the available permissions appropriately, and remove access when it is no longer authorized. Do not share login credentials, impersonate another person or business, access another customer’s workspace, or use someone else’s credentials or invite token without authorization. Do not use additional accounts, workspaces, or identities to bypass subscription limits, restrictions, or a suspension. Report suspected unauthorized access without undue delay through the route in section 9. Do not sell, rent, or provide access to the Service to unrelated businesses as a substitute for their own subscriptions unless DispoIQ has expressly authorized that arrangement in writing. Working with your own authorized employees and contractors within your purchased access rights is not prohibited by this paragraph.3. Honest listings, communications, and transactions
You must have the rights and authority needed to publish Customer Content, collect and use Recipient Submissions, and offer the transaction you describe. Do not misrepresent your identity, ownership, contractual interest, authority to market a property, or the availability or material terms of a deal. Clearly describe your role and transaction structure where required by applicable law. Do not publish forged documents, knowingly false property information, deceptive photographs, fictitious offers, fabricated testimonials, or misleading claims of affiliation or endorsement. Do not use the Service for payment diversion, credential theft, phishing, scams, or other fraudulent conduct. You are responsible for checking property and buyer information before relying on it or distributing it. Search results, contact matches, engagement activity, and data enrichment are not a substitute for verifying identity, authority, title, property condition, or transaction details.4. Personal information, content rights, and data use
Before importing, sharing, or using information, you must have the necessary authority, permissions, and lawful basis for the intended activity. Provide the notices your business is required to provide and honor applicable privacy rights. Public availability of information does not by itself remove restrictions on its use. Do not upload or distribute content that infringes intellectual property rights, violates confidentiality obligations, or unlawfully exposes personal information. Do not use the Service to threaten, stalk, harass, unlawfully discriminate against, or exploit people. Do not distribute malware, unlawful sexual content, or material that facilitates violence or criminal activity. Share deal links, contact records, and files only with appropriate recipients. Do not remove access restrictions, forward restricted links, or expose records to people who are not entitled to receive them. Use Licensed Data only within the rights that actually apply to that data. Do not defeat access controls, remove required attribution, or resell, sublicense, publish, or redistribute Licensed Data where its applicable license does not permit that activity. A downloadable record or export function does not grant additional ownership or distribution rights. This policy does not impose a blanket ban on exports of your own Customer Content or otherwise narrow rights expressly granted in your Agreement. Collection and use of Recipient Submissions require the applicable notices, permissions, and lawful instructions described in Terms §7; possession of a submission does not grant unrelated marketing rights. Do not represent DispoIQ data as verified for credit, employment, insurance, tenant-screening, or other eligibility decisions. Any proposed use for such decisions requires independently established legal and data-license authority; availability in the Service is not evidence of that authority.5. Messaging and recipient permission
These rules govern messages Customer sends through the Service. They do not constitute recipient permission for DispoIQ’s own marketing. Messaging destinations are limited to the United States and Canada. Do not use the Service to send messages to destinations outside those countries or bypass a destination restriction. Within those countries, send only through channels and routes actually supported for your workspace and permitted by the applicable provider and carrier conditions. A permitted country does not guarantee support for every channel, number type, recipient, or use case, or establish permission to send. You must obtain and retain prior express written permission for Customer-initiated SMS/MMS campaigns or other Customer-initiated SMS/MMS messages. Permission must cover the identified sender and message subject. Do not buy, rent, sell, or transfer messaging consent. A recipient-initiated text message may permit a directly relevant response in the same text conversation, only to the extent applicable law and provider rules allow and subject to applicable suppression and opt-out requirements. It does not permit recurring or unrelated promotional messages. A website form, deal-page offer, email inquiry, or stored phone number does not by itself supply permission to send an SMS/MMS response or campaign. Promotional permission must meet all applicable legal and provider requirements. Identify the sender and provide an accessible opt-out method, including standard opt-out instructions in the initial message. Stop messages after revocation; only a permitted final opt-out confirmation may follow. Resume only after valid renewed permission. Keep evidence of permission, including when and how it was obtained, and provide it promptly upon a reasonable compliance request from DispoIQ. Do not send unsolicited bulk messages or evade filtering through altered spelling, disguised links, nonstandard opt-outs, or distributing traffic across numbers to avoid detection (snowshoeing). Do not send simulated phishing or other security-test messages through the messaging service. Buying a list, locating a phone number, completing skip tracing, passing a do-not-call check, adding a person to a workspace, or obtaining brand/campaign registration approval does not establish messaging permission. You must evaluate permission for the actual recipient, sender, channel, purpose, and intended message. Keep suppression and opt-out information accurate. Do not remove or work around restrictions by re-importing a recipient, changing their record, using another number, or routing messages through a different workspace. Honor withdrawal requests received outside DispoIQ as well as those received in the app. Do not misclassify promotional content as transactional to bypass safeguards. Submit truthful brand, campaign, and opt-in information. Use sending identities only for their authorized purpose. Follow applicable recipient-local sending restrictions and channel/provider rules. You are responsible for your audience, content, scheduling, and compliance even when you use a template, automation, or assistance from DispoIQ.6. Protecting the Service
Do not interfere with the availability, integrity, or security of the Service or its providers. In particular, do not:- Attempt to bypass authentication, permissions, workspace boundaries, message restrictions, usage limits, or billing controls.
- Probe, scan, exploit, or perform penetration or load testing without DispoIQ’s prior written authorization defining the permitted scope.
- Introduce malicious code, overwhelm infrastructure, or submit requests designed to disrupt another customer’s use.
- Scrape or bulk extract information through unauthorized methods, use undocumented interfaces to avoid controls, or obtain data outside your authorized workspace and access rights.
- Reverse engineer the Service or remove proprietary notices except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
- Falsify usage, registration, consent, payment, or security records, or manipulate the Service to avoid valid charges.
