Last updated: October 8, 2026. To change an existing DispoIQ subscription, contact support@dispoiq.app. To stop renewal, the workspace owner can use Settings → Billing & Plan → Cancel plan, where available, or email support. Canceling renewal normally keeps paid access through the end of the period already paid for. This guide explains the adopted change policy. Your accepted purchase terms identify your plan, paid period, seat count, billing schedule and charges. This guide does not amend an existing agreement or make a new feature available.

When a change takes effect

An upgrade request is not a promise of an instant support response. It takes effect when the authorized change is processed and confirmed. A change does not itself restart your paid period or authorize a full new annual charge unless you expressly agree to that arrangement in your purchase terms.

Request a plan, seat or billing-schedule change

  1. Ask the workspace owner to email support@dispoiq.app. Include the workspace, requested plan, desired total seat count and monthly or annual billing preference. State whether you want to change the plan, seats, billing schedule, or more than one of these.
  2. Review the price, effective date, any prorated charge and the features or capacity that will change. If your request combines changes with different timing, ask support to confirm each part separately.
  3. Authorize the agreed change after reviewing those details. Keep the confirmation so you can check that the requested plan, seat quantity and billing schedule were applied.
Use support for changes to an existing subscription until a verified self-service change workflow is available. Do not treat a new checkout as confirmation that your existing subscription has changed. If you have already completed another checkout while trying to change plans, contact support to identify the purchases and review the billing before making another payment. Do not send card details, passwords or access keys by email. Support will record your request, check your authority and the existing subscription, and review the current paid period and requested change. We will confirm the agreed price, adjustment and effective date, coordinate the authorized change and explain its outcome. For a cancellation request, we will preserve the time it was received and arrange for a timely request to stop renewal. If a confirmation or later charge does not match your request, contact support for review; keeping a confirmation is useful evidence, not an extra condition for a timely cancellation.

How upgrade and added-seat proration works

The incremental charge is the increase in subscription fees for the paid service period, multiplied by: remaining actual days in that paid period ÷ actual total days in that paid period. For a prepaid annual subscription, the calculation uses the annual subscription amounts and actual annual service period. A monthly-equivalent price displayed for comparison is not the amount used as an annual charge. Confirm the amount before approving the change; this guide does not establish a new price, rounding rule or installment arrangement. DispoIQ gives 30 days’ advance notice to your designated account email for DispoIQ-initiated price changes, including subscription, usage, carrier and resource rates. That notice rule does not delay a customer-requested purchase or change at a current disclosed rate you expressly accept.

Fewer people and fewer purchased seats are separate changes

Use Settings → Team & Seats, where available to your role, to review workspace members. Removing or disabling a teammate does not by itself reduce purchased seat capacity or recurring seat charges. Request a lower purchased quantity through support separately. Before reducing capacity, review active members and outstanding invitations and tell support which total seat count you want. Ask how to bring occupancy within the requested capacity before renewal. Arrange any necessary member or invitation changes rather than assuming that lowering the purchased quantity handles them. Already-paid capacity remains available for the rest of its paid period.

Prepare before a downgrade

Review the features your team uses and any planned sending or follow-up before approving a lower plan. Ask support which features remain available under the new purchase terms and when the change will be applied. A downgrade does not promise continued access to features outside the new plan. Subscription changes and separately authorized metered or recurring resources are different matters. Ask about phone numbers, registrations and any other recurring resources before changing plans; do not assume the change cancels, releases or transfers them.

Stop automatic renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically for the renewal period identified in your accepted purchase terms unless renewal is canceled.
  1. Sign in as the workspace owner and open Settings → Billing & Plan.
  2. Under Cancel at period end, select Cancel plan.
  3. Check for the confirmation that cancellation is scheduled for the end of the period already paid for. Keep that confirmation. If the control is unavailable, produces an error or says no eligible change was found, email support@dispoiq.app with your workspace and an explicit request to cancel renewal.
A properly completed cancellation through the control, or a cancellation request received by support before the next renewal starts, stops that renewal. There is no additional 24- or 48-hour cancellation cutoff. Later processing does not move a timely completed or received request into the next renewal period. You do not need a support acknowledgment for a received request to count. If the renewal date is unclear, ask support to confirm it rather than assuming it from the plan selector. Ordinary cancellation ends paid subscription access at the end of the current paid period. Separate suspension and termination provisions can affect access sooner. Simply stopping use or removing team members does not cancel renewal. A cancellation completed or received after a renewal has already started does not automatically reverse it; applicable refund rights remain available.

Undo a scheduled cancellation

While cancellation is still pending, the owner can select Undo cancellation under Undo a scheduled cancellation in Billing & Plan, where available. Check for confirmation that the scheduled cancellation was removed; the subscription then renews normally under its applicable terms. If no eligible change is found, contact support. This control does not promise to restart an already-ended subscription or restore deleted records. Ask support about reactivation if paid access has already ended.

What happens to payments, wallet funds and data

Subscription payments and unused wallet funds purchased with money are ordinarily nonrefundable. Ordinary cancellation does not give a mid-period subscription refund. Exceptions remain for verified billing errors, applicable law, qualifying DispoIQ-caused full-access suspension, DispoIQ’s material uncured breach, and DispoIQ voluntarily ending paid service early under the applicable Terms. Report a suspected billing error to support@dispoiq.app with enough information to identify the charge. Unused purchased wallet funds are retained for reactivation. Canceling renewal or reaching a data-retention deadline does not expire or forfeit those funds. A retained wallet balance does not extend paid app access or guarantee restoration of records. Once paid subscription access ends: Both windows start when paid access ends, not when you first request cancellation. The export-request window does not give another 90 days of normal app access or unrestricted rights to licensed information. Keep copies of business records you are entitled to retain before access ends. A request received within the 90-day window remains valid after that window closes. DispoIQ preserves the information it is authorized to provide and needs to fulfill the request until fulfillment or other lawful resolution, except where an earlier deletion obligation requires a different result. Routine deletion after 180 days will not itself defeat that timely request. Valid individual privacy requests do not have to wait for either window. Support handles export requests even after normal paid app access ends. We will check your authority and the information you are entitled to receive, coordinate secure fulfillment with authorized technical staff, and explain any lawful limits or further required steps. The Data Retention, Export & Deletion Policy explains the applicable scope, permissions and retention duties. This support-led process does not promise an instant export, a particular format or restoration of deleted records. Canceling renewal is not itself workspace deletion. It also does not establish that every separately recurring phone-number or other resource charge has ended. Before access ends, ask support for the applicable resource charges and any release or transfer arrangements. Rented phone numbers will be released when paid subscription access ends unless you separately agree to paid retention. Before an end-of-access release, DispoIQ will warn you about losing the number and explain any transfer process actually available. Paid retention must identify the numbers, rental period and charges you accept. Asking about retention or transfer does not establish an agreement or guarantee a transfer or recovery. An unreleased number alone does not authorize new continuing charges after paid access ends; valid accrued charges and applicable refund rights remain preserved. Support will coordinate the warning and release with authorized technical staff, record the release or separately accepted retention outcome, and arrange for future rental renewals to stop for a released number. For another recurring resource, ask support to identify its accepted terms, any valid outstanding charges and the steps needed to end it. A cancellation confirmation alone does not certify resource release or workspace deletion. See Phone Number Management for rental terms and qualified release and transfer guidance.
