Last updated: October 8, 2026. Choose Pro if you need to organize buyers, share deals, track interest and offers, and find investors whose buying criteria fit your properties. Choose Scale if your dispo team also needs texting and follow-up through DispoIQ. Messaging usage is a separate cost, so compare the subscription, team seats, and the activity you expect to pay for. DispoIQ subscriptions are for business use. This guide explains the published plan offer; it does not change your accepted subscription terms or promise access to a feature that has not been made available to your workspace.

1. Check availability before signing up

DispoIQ has paying customers, with CRM and deal sharing, buyer search and skip tracing, and SMS messaging enabled. Confirm new-customer access and the features included for your workspace with support before signing up. The pricing offer checked on October 7, 2026 described waitlist enrollment, with access opening in small batches and an email when a spot opened; joining that waitlist did not start a subscription or collect a payment card. That dated signup description does not establish the current signup process or availability of every published feature. Published pricing. Pro and Scale are the two published plans for that offer. Elite’s AI dispositions assistant, AI calling, AI texting, and AI reply handling are roadmap features, not available features. Joining the Elite waitlist does not buy them or establish a delivery date.

2. Compare the plans

The table reflects the published Pro and Scale offer. A feature appearing here does not remove registration, recipient-permission, route, or other requirements that apply when you use it. Published plan features. Buyer search and a contact match do not prove that an investor is buying now, can close your deal, or has consented to messages. Confirm the buyer’s fit and the permissions required for your planned outreach. For SMS/MMS, follow the applicable messaging requirements; upgrading to Scale or registering a campaign does not obtain recipient consent. Messaging destinations are limited to the US and Canada through eligible channels and routes actually available to your workspace. A plan does not guarantee registration approval, delivery, a particular sending volume, or support for every number type or use case.

3. Understand monthly and annual prices

All amounts below are USD, before applicable taxes, messaging usage, other metered services, and additional fees. These are the published standard prices checked on October 7, 2026. Review your actual purchase terms and total before paying. Current pricing. “$249 per month, billed annually” means the Pro annual total is $2,988; it does not mean twelve separate $249 subscription payments. Scale’s corresponding annual total is $5,988. The monthly equivalent helps you compare the two billing choices; it is not a month-to-month rate. Additional seats are $49 per seat per month, or $490 per seat per year, billed annually. Additional seats use the same monthly or annual term as the subscription. For example, under the standard published rates, Pro with three total seats means one included seat and two additional seats. The subscription-and-seat total is $397 per month on monthly billing ($299 + 2 × $49), or $3,968 per year on annual billing ($2,988 + 2 × $490). This example excludes taxes, usage, and other fees. Subscriptions renew automatically unless renewal is canceled under your subscription agreement. DispoIQ gives 30 days’ advance notice to your designated account email for DispoIQ-initiated price changes, including subscription, usage, carrier and resource rates. That notice rule does not delay a customer-requested purchase or change at a current disclosed rate you expressly accept. The Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the commercial terms; incorporation into your agreement requires express agreement.

4. Keep seats separate from people and permissions

A seat is capacity for a team member to access your workspace. The standard subscription includes one seat; additional paid seats increase that capacity. A member’s role determines what the person can do, rather than how many seats you have purchased. Give each teammate their own authorized sign-in instead of sharing an account. Active members and pending invitations occupy seats. Disabled members do not. A pending invitation can therefore use capacity even before the person accepts it. Check both active people and outstanding invitations when an invite cannot be created. Disabling or removing a member frees the occupied seat for another teammate. It does not automatically reduce the purchased seat quantity or recurring seat charges. Ask support separately if you want to lower the purchased quantity. Requested reductions take effect at the next renewal; already-paid capacity remains available for reuse through its paid period, whether monthly or annual. Review active members and pending invitations so occupancy can fit the reduced capacity at renewal. Lowering purchased capacity does not itself remove members or invitations or create an ordinary mid-term refund. To request a seat change, contact support@dispoiq.app from the workspace owner’s account. Include the workspace, desired total seat count, and whether you are requesting more capacity or fewer paid seats. Ask for the amount, any mid-term charge, and the effective date before agreeing to the change. Sending a request alone is not confirmation that billing changed. Do not email payment-card details or passwords.

5. Review a plan change before paying

For an activated workspace, the owner is responsible for subscription decisions. If enabled for your workspace, open Settings → Billing & Plan to view plan information and Settings → Team & Seats to review members. Access to those controls depends on your role and the functionality made available to the workspace. Use support for changes to an existing subscription until a verified self-service change workflow is available. Ask which subscription will be changed, the price and effective date, any prorated charge, and what happens to features you rely on. Authorize the disclosed change and keep its confirmation. Sending a request does not promise an instant support response or prove that billing changed. Do not assume a new checkout replaces the subscription you already have. For an upgrade or added seats, multiply the increase in subscription fees for the paid period by remaining actual days in that period ÷ actual total days in that period. For a prepaid annual term, use the actual annual amounts and annual service period, rather than the monthly-equivalent marketing price. The change does not itself reset your existing paid period or authorize a full new annual charge unless you expressly agree to that arrangement in your purchase terms. Contact support to arrange and confirm the change. If you move from Scale to Pro, review texting and automated follow-up requirements before the change. The published Pro plan does not include Scale’s messaging tools. Ask support about any active sending, registrations, phone numbers, or recurring resources; this guide does not promise automatic cancellation, release, or transfer of those resources.

6. Budget separately for usage

The subscription pays for access to the plan’s features. Metered activity uses a prepaid USD wallet. There is no monthly message bundle, monthly credit grant, or credit-unit billing system. Scale’s messaging features do not make texting unlimited or free. Messaging, carrier charges, 10DLC registration, phone-number costs, and other metered services can add to the subscription-and-seat total when applicable to the services you use. Check the charge disclosed for an action before proceeding. A wallet balance is not a substitute for an active eligible subscription or required messaging approvals. The number-rental policy is flat USD $5 per rented number per month, with no volume tiers and no separate number activation fee. Registration and messaging charges remain separate. The first USD $5 rental charge applies only after successful number activation and covers one month; subsequent USD $5 renewals fall on that number’s monthly anniversary. This guide does not confirm that recurring rental collection is active. Confirm the offer and how billing dates will be determined before committing; ask support about any different or unexplained number charge. If you voluntarily release a number before its paid rental month ends, there is no ordinary prorated refund for the unused rental time. Billing-error corrections, refunds required by applicable law and any refund DispoIQ expressly owes remain preserved. This rule does not reduce separate remedies for DispoIQ-caused suspension, breach or early termination. Rented numbers are to be released when paid subscription access ends unless you separately agree to paid retention. Canceling renewal does not mean immediate release. DispoIQ will warn you about losing the number and explain any actually available transfer process before release. Paid retention requires separately disclosed and accepted charges and terms. Removing a number from the sending pool or pausing sending is different from releasing it; a release result needs confirmation. No automatic release, free grace period, guaranteed transfer/recovery or indefinite post-access charge is established here. Ask support about the applicable number arrangements before planning retention or a transfer. The Usage Pricing & Messaging Fees guide explains billable units and pricing. This guide does not replace the rate schedule you expressly accept for a purchase.

7. Cancel renewal and plan your data handoff

The workspace owner can stop renewal through Settings → Billing & Plan → Cancel plan, where available, or email support@dispoiq.app. A properly completed in-app cancellation or a cancellation request received by support before the next renewal starts stops that renewal. There is no extra 24- or 48-hour cutoff. Later processing does not move a timely completed or received request into the next renewal period, and a received support request does not require acknowledgment to count. Keep any confirmation; contact support if the control fails or the status is unclear. Ordinary cancellation ends paid subscription access at the end of the current paid period, subject to the separate suspension and termination provisions. A request completed or received after a renewal has already started does not automatically reverse it. Ordinary cancellation does not create a prorated subscription refund.

Refunds and retained wallet funds

Subscription payments and unused purchased wallet funds are ordinarily nonrefundable. The Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy describes the following exceptions under the applicable agreement; publication alone does not amend an existing agreement:
  • Verified billing errors and applicable law. DispoIQ will correct verified billing errors; refunds and other rights required by applicable law remain available.
  • Qualifying DispoIQ-caused full-access suspension. If DispoIQ deliberately suspends all paid access for its own reasons without customer fault, it will refund subscription fees proportionately for that suspended time within the relevant paid period. Calculate each affected prepaid subscription charge using the suspended time within the service period that charge covers, including a prorated upgrade or added-seat charge’s covered remaining period. Do not prorate an already prorated charge again over the full original term. This is not an uptime guarantee or a refund merely because a feature or independent third-party route is unavailable.
  • DispoIQ’s material uncured breach. You may terminate under the accepted Terms if DispoIQ does not cure a material breach within 30 calendar days after your written notice. On that termination, DispoIQ refunds unused prepaid subscription fees and unused purchased wallet funds, less valid incurred charges that remain unpaid, without deducting any charge more than once. A permitted feature change is not by itself a material breach.
  • DispoIQ ending paid service early for convenience. DispoIQ may end a subscription for any reason or no reason at any time, subject to applicable law, with notice as practical under the accepted Terms. There is no fixed advance-notice period for that convenience termination. If it ends paid service before the paid period ends, it refunds the unused prepaid subscription portion and unused purchased wallet funds, less valid incurred charges that remain unpaid, without deducting any charge more than once. Convenience termination cannot be relabeled as customer-breach termination to avoid the applicable refund or cure protections.
For either unused-subscription refund above, calculate each prepaid subscription charge separately: amount prepaid for that charge × unused actual days in its covered service period ÷ actual total days in that service period, then add the portions. A prorated upgrade or seat addition covers its charged remaining period; do not prorate it again over the full original term. An annual charge uses the actual annual amount and annual service period. Charges already paid or deducted from the wallet are not deducted a second time from an owed refund. Expressly owed refunds are paid in full outside the Terms’ damages cap and do not consume that cap. This does not create other refund entitlements or change the cap’s separate fee-base calculation. Report suspected billing errors to support with enough information to identify the charge; do not send payment-card details, passwords or access keys. Subscription billing continues during suspension for customer breach, nonpayment or messaging-compliance violations until cancellation or termination takes effect; that suspension alone creates no optional refund. Billing also continues during independent carrier or provider restrictions outside DispoIQ’s control, with ordinary cancellation and the applicable refund rights above preserved. This guide promises no response, refund-processing or restoration deadline. Unused wallet funds purchased with money are retained for reactivation. Ordinary cancellation and the data export/deletion windows do not expire or forfeit those funds. Retention does not extend ordinary app access or guarantee restoration of records, features or released phone numbers. Valid already-authorized usage remains payable under the accepted rate even if final settlement exceeds a hold or remaining wallet funds. Pending holds are not themselves final charges; new work requiring customer funding still needs sufficient funds. Ask support about available routes and separately authorized funding; saving a card alone does not enable automatic top-ups or authorize arbitrary charges.

Request your export before the window closes

You have 90 days from the end of paid subscription access to request an export of Customer Content and Recipient Submissions you are entitled to receive. Email support with your workspace and requested information so authority and permissions can be checked. The window starts when paid access ends, not when you first click Cancel. It does not extend normal app access, guarantee a particular format or expand export rights to licensed information. A request received within that 90-day window remains valid after the window closes. DispoIQ preserves the information it is authorized to provide and needs to fulfill the request until fulfillment or other lawful resolution, except where an earlier deletion obligation requires a different result. Routine deletion after 180 days will not itself defeat the timely request. DispoIQ may delete eligible records after 180 days from the end of paid access, subject to lawful retention, holds, backups and applicable exceptions. This is not a guarantee that every record is erased on day 180. Individual privacy requests remain subject to applicable rights and do not have to wait for either window. Those periods do not expire retained purchased wallet funds or remove records needed to maintain the entitlement. Before paid access ends, review your export needs and number-retention or release arrangements with support. The data-export window does not retain phone numbers or extend messaging access. The number policy in section 6 does not settle every other separately authorized recurring resource. Your accepted Terms, Order and applicable rate schedule govern; this guide adds no refund, transfer or resource right beyond the stated policy.
